Everyone was great! Justin got my mom in quickly for her car, they told her what was wrong in detail and what needed to be done. It was a wonderful experience, definitely would recommend to anyone :)

If I could give this place a negative 10 stars, I would.This was one of the worst experience I have had at a mechanic shop. Let me start off by saying my truck needed a water pump not that it was running hot It was only squealing so I decided to call the ford dealership and they quoted me one price, and I thought it was kind of expensive. So I called Butler as an alternative, and their price was a little better, so I proceeded to take my truck there For the repairs and not only did they fail to repair the truck they some how create another problem and now , when I got my truck back anytime I go over 70mph it runs hot in the 2 stage fans stays on high it sounds like a plane And when I call them to ask about it they told me it's fine and I can drive it , but if I want to fix the running hot problem , it will cost me $1200.00 more dollars to fix a sensor that wasn't messed up when I brought it in so in theory I think I brought it in for one problem and they must have broken something, and now they trying to charge me to fix it Mind you i've had the truck for 7 years and it has never ran hot, but not all of a sudden. When Butler touches, it runs hot and they tell me I need to relocate

Great customer service. I made an appointment online, took my car in for them to look at A/C which stopped working. It was hot. Super quick, called me with an estimate and repairs were done the same day. Thank you! Highly recommend.
